I've actually been interested in Soylent for a while but just can't get myself to pull the trigger.  It would certainly be much healthier than what I eat every day.

Was featured on Colbert Report this week. He tried it live and said it had a slight vanilla flavor. Then he mixed choc syrup in it and tried again. At the end of the show he poured bourbon in it and still thumbs up.   Laughing   I mix a lot of Muscle Milk (GNC) smoothies so I may get some and try it.

I enjoy plain egg whites, but my wife was adamant on ordering some. So I'll let you know how it is once it comes in.

I don't mind plain egg white but man they are plain in the fact that they have little to no flavor. I just can't see myself changing how I eat from being enjoyable in the variety that I have available to a mundane task of nutrients in nutrients out. I work out 3 times a week and try to eat healthy but like anyone else I slip up. I could see myself eating Soylent twice a day and maybe having a chicken, brown rice, and mixed vegetable dinner. 

How many cups would you have a day Atrum?

I have a cooker that makes hard boiled eggs. It makes them about the best I have ever had them, and super easy. I take two eggs, halve them and throw one yoke out. Then use the other yoke with some horseradish sauce, buffalo wing sauce, or seriacha (sp?) sauce and make some semi-deviled eggs. Works like a charm!

Depends panzer. My diets mostly the same throughout the day. Breakfast I have egg whites and a bagel w/strawberry cream cheese. I have chicken+brown rice twice a day. Occasionally swap out a cup of brown rice for a vanilla chai.
Dinner is generally just veggies and meat (chicken, salmon, steak, etc). Then I have my protein shake (milk, protein, natural peanut butter, ice) and that's about it.

That being said, I just stick to certain macro nutrient goals. So I'll eat stuff like pizza, tacos, etc on occasion. I just make sure to keep the portion size reasonable (2 slices of pizza rather than an entire pizza) and adjust my calories for the rest of the day to hit my goals. I don't worry too much about sugar/sodium/etc intake in general. I generally eat healthy and don't need to worry about that until I start going towards very low body fat levels.

To answer the question: I would just replace my morning egg whites with the muscle eggs. I eat 6-12 oz. of eggs/egg whites each morning depending on my day.

About the same here Atrum. Usually egg whites or cook some oat meal and base the rest of my days macros on that.
