Deadrising 3

Post by S7 Anonymous on Sun Dec 08, 2013 2:54 am

So I just picked this up tonight and let me tell you it's pretty d@mn fun. It's nice to take a break from playing Ghosts and play this game. The graphics aren't really anything mind blowing but the gameplay is solid.

Does it still have the stupid timer. That's what I didn't like about 2 in that you could really roam free around the game, as the time kept getting me.

I never played any other deadrising before but this article might help explain about the timer.

Meh, I downloaded DR2 and the Patient Zero DLC and played the DLC for about a total of 1-2 hrs and really couldn't get past the novelty of the game. It's fun finding creative ways to kill zombies but it's just not my type of game.

Demo is out. Played it and I liked what a saw. Coop, without a timer looks like it could be fun

Bought it a few days ago. Been playing coop with Josh.

Epic game. Very addicting. There is so much to do and being able to do it all without having to worry about a timer is winning.
I want to say we've probably put it at least 15-20 hours in three days.

I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break from COD/BF4. 49.99 at Best Buy

I may have to check this out then. That's one of the reasons I preferred Dead Island over the Dead Rising games- free roam with no timer!

The timer still exists but you seem to be able to get around it by reloading chapters.  My girlfriend was lawling when making red mist with a steamroller motorcycle.

the timer for the main story is STUPID long

the side mission do have about normal time limits on them but you get so many of them its not a big deal really.

ya wait till you unlock for combo cars there freakin\' EPIC

my fav thing to wear so far

I think Liberace would be making derogatory gay comments about that outfit if he was still alive.

Am I missing something? How do you open the trunks of cars, and how do you put on hats?

all u have to do to open the trunk of a car is walk up to it and  use the same button to open doors

for hats u need to find them in store and what have  you and try them on  once you do that you will forever have that hat all you need to do is visit a safe house and you a cloth locker

I pushed all the buttons when next to the trunk (it said "open") and it didn't open. I've only played about 10 min worth, so I'll try again. I also picked up the hat, but it was held in his hand like a weapon and he never put it on his head.

Those are just weapons.  Look for the clothing icon in buildings, especially shops.
