Dynamic Maps

So there is the gas station that can be blown up, and the castle gate that can be closed, but what else is there in the line of the "dynamic maps" that IW was promising in Ghosts? Really, these are as minor as the floodgates opening on the dam in BO2 (and that was a DLC map too). Has anyone seen anything or is there a list of what they are and what triggers them? I don't have the freefall map, but that would appear to be one that might change more than most.

On the Creek like map with the construction area the is a dead tree to shoot that forms a bridge over the ravine.

there are several gates on alot of maps that if you shoot it they open up

On the map with the train cars in the center you can push a large cart aside to reveal a tunnel, on the map with the tank in the center there is the alley gate you can knife and open.

on the map with the strip club there is a green trailer  with a red ghost  mask painted on it if you blow up the l doors on the back it spawn a random care package

The ice map care pack is a satellite crash.  The hot dog stand map care pack blows up and totally changes the entire map.  The 3rd story barn ladder on the train map can be shot to lower it.  The gate on the castle map can be shot to lower it, and then blown up to permanently open it.

What I saw from this video immediately was that MY dog should protect me by killing the other players dog, and instead the dude had to shoot the other dog before the bite.
