so i had my Tritton AX pros go out again on me and thought i would see if they were still under warranty so i sent them the info and it came back they were no longer under warranty...

then the rep ask me he was like so i see we have done warranty repairs before and in the last email over a year ago u said u stream on twitch and wear are headset  Do you still do this?  i was like that weird but yes i still wear your company headset as it easy to use between my pc ,ps3 and 360  ... then he was like wait one sec as i talk to my super really fast  waited about 15 mins  the guy comes back on the phone  , he says we will issue one more warranty repair as long as u keep live streaming and have are headset showing like you have done in the past....  (and really i dont get any were near the amount of views as some people do ) but  thought it was win ...

So last week i sent in my old AX pro's   in as party of the warranty you send it in then they repair and send it back well UPS just dropped off this  



There new model !!!! along with a very nice hand writing letter which i cant tell yall what it says XD some stickers and a $25  gift card for there online store

Ya companies usually do that but most companies like turtle beach or astro will make sure you have a good amount of people watching your stream and youtube videos.

Very cool sticky. Some of the gaming companies have really upped their customer service lately. Razer has the easiest replacement protocols I've seen for their controllers.
