forza 3 garage sale

i was thinking of getting rid of forza 3 since 4 is coming out would any one like anything from my garage

if you really want me to list all the cars i have a guess i could but give me a bit to wright them all down lol

Are you planing on waiting until Forza 4 comes out so you can make sure that you get your Forza 4 cars and credits that are based on your Forza 3 garage or are you going to chance it that you won't need Forza 3?

but still after forza 4 comes out if any one is still planning on play 3 i will be more then happy to give away the cars i own

I am pretty sure I will move on to 4 completely. Also, I don't think it matters what is in his garage. I am pretty sure that any and all bonuses he receives will be based on his driver rank. The game (Forza 4) will look for save game data and give him "x" number of cars and money based off of what rank he was.

The only thing you actually get to keep is your designs that are saved to your HDD. Not full car designs but the decals you have made will transfer over. Everything else is just a bonus for playing Forza 3 depending on how much you played it. Or at least that is what I understand from what I have read.

I wonder if we could have a clan wide car pool for forza 4 launch. Transfer all cars to someone, have them receive the Forza 4 swag, then have them pass everything to the next person in forza 3 before they 'redeem' their goods.

Edit: I haven't paid attention to the forza 4 import details. I though it was based off forza 3 driver rank, SP completion, and total cars owned.

I'm pretty sure you guys are right, but I'd hate for him to need something like the UPC or some other kind of garbage from the game in order to initialize the transfer or something. Just playing devils advocate... hey maybe you should trade it in now and then when you get punked I'll have a little advantage over you while you rebuild your stable J/K!

From what i've seen any advantage would be short lived!

Just read this in a review...

It's worth mentioning that Forza 3 alumni will be rewarded with a bunch of gift cars immediately based on what driver level they reached in Forza 3 and what cars they had in their garage.

Looks like you might want to hold on to your garage after all.

Good question. No idea. Not too worried about it to be honest. But I wouldn't get rid of anything for the next few days.

Yeah I'll be Playing 4 enough that I won't need any extra credits.

That was my concern. Just trying to look out for my brothers. I'd hate to have a short-lived advantage because someone sold all of their stuff to early.
