What do you want to do on the pc? The HD 5450 is not a good card to game on. As far as choosing between these two I'd go with the Newegg version. The performance between the two will be practically identical, the newegg one has a slightly better graphics card (the 1gb model) even though the proc is 2 core as opposed to 3.
I personally prefer intel cards so I'd look up some build with them.

i have thought about building one myself as i know it would come out cheaper to make one..
how ever i do not feel comfortable in my skill level that i would not screw it up.

dude its pretty darn easy, plus its fun. I say if you have a OS with the key, then you should build your own. Motherboard and processer, Grapic card will be the biggest cost next to the OS. Ram and HD, are cheap and you can get more bang for your buck if ya DIY. Cyberpower make good pc's just make sure you get a big enough power source with it and a good processer fan.

Well, you're part way to building it yourself already sticky. Mobo's come with a map for screws. Read reviews on the parts. Honestly anything with 5 stars (eggs) on newegg is going to be good.
Also, tigerdirect does 'barebone kits' which are just unassembled PC's missing maybe the video card for about the same cost as buying the parts. Only difference is you don't have to try to match up good parts.

ya ill go crunch some numbers and see what i can find for a good price and if i save alot of money then barebones FTW

like right now my HP is maxed out and the freakin' CPU is going to kill me when new games start coming out now.

right now i got a water cooler , 6G DDR2 ram ,1T HDD and 1g graphics card i can use on a new rig so that should cut down the price...

trying to find a good motherboard with at least 2 pci slots!
and a good processor

Well I would just go on newegg and search "h55" if you're looking for a pretty good mobo and a good price.
And the reviews really do work on those sites. Just look for 4-5 star products and read the reviews. There will always be some "DOA suxxors" comments but the good ones will be obvious.
